CSA Z462 - Canadian Arc Flash Code

CSA Z462 is the code that specifies the Canadian Arc Flash requirements. It parallels NFPA 70E 2009.

When you need a label printer that makes CSA Z462 compliant arc flash labels, the right way to go is with a DuraLabel printer. Why? Because with a DuraLabel printer you get quality, durability, and versatility... all backed by unbeatable customer service. Plus you get innovation that has resulted in the industry leading DuraLabel brand of label and sign printers. Innovation targeted at solving problems and making your job easier.

How does that innovation help with arc flash labeling?

DuraLabel is the inventor of two-color continuous vinyl. Two color continuous vinyl allows you to create arc flash labels in sdizes other than the standard 4" x 6" die-cut label. You can size your arc flash labels to be the appropriate size for the information they need to communicate.

By the way, do you need larger arc flash labels? DuraLabel is the inventor of the super-sized arc flash die-cut. With dimensions of 6.8" x 10.5" the super-sized DuraLabel arc flash label can easily be seen from a distance and it has plenty of room for all the information you want t include. In addition to labeling, these extra large die-cutsare excellent for making signs for doors, cabinets and equipment that is viewed from a distance.

When you are ready to make your CSA Z462 compliant labels, get a Duralabel printer. It'll get the job done right... and be available to do a lot more for you.

OSHA LABELERS - Be Prepared For Safety

When it comes to safety it is best to be prepared. When it comes to making safety labels and signs, the best way to be prepared is by owning a DuraLabel PRO printer.

Why?

Because DuraLabel PRO safety label printers have a wider selection of supplies than any other industrial label printer. A printer is limited by the supplies available for that printer. With the DuraLabel PRO that means very few limitations. It's the printer that gets the job done, and gets it done right.

Do you need to label greasy drums? The DuraLabel can do it. It has supplies that will stick to greasy or oily surfaces... and stay stuck.

Do you need to apply labels at low temperatures? The DuraLabel can do it. The DuraLabel even has low temperature supplies that will survive cryogenic temperatures.

Do you need to make large safety signs? The DuraLabel can do it. For example, making a safety sign that is 48" x 36" is not a problem.

Do you need to print on 1/4" shrink tube? The DuraLabel can do it. Whether you need small wire markers, or labels for large cables, the DuraLabel can make both shrink tube labels and self-laminating cable wraps.

Do you need large numbers of RTK labels? The DuraLabel can do it. Supplies are available for making either NFPA Diamond labels or color bar labels, and they are available from small sizes up to super-jumbo sizes.

That's right the DuraLabel gets the job done. So when it comes to safety, get the label and sign printer that can handle all your labeling and sign making needs, as well as all your safety label and sign requirements. Get a DuraLabel printer... and by the way, you'll cut your supply costs by about 30% vs. comparable label printers.
